We\'re looking for a Principal Presales Consultant candidate who will, act as Trusted Advisors to solve our customers\' data problems, to join our team in Dubai, UAE / hybrid position. You will report to the Presales Director.

Your Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Solution Consultant to work together in a team of experienced Sales Consultants and Account Managers. As a technically adept, collaborative Sales Engineering professional you\'ll work with other members of the Pre-Sales team to address the technical needs of potential customers and close new business deals from sales leads. You\'ll serve as a counsellor and adviser to customers and a technical coach to co-workers, providing advice throughout the sales cycle.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here\'s What You\'ll Do

You\'ll serve as the owner of the technical agenda with responsibility for explaining, training, analyzing and selling the technical aspects of the solution to customers. You\'ll manage the technical sales cycle to ensure new business opportunities come to fruition and generate revenue. You\'ll engage with customers and prospects to demonstrate our solutions and communicate the important differentiators. To set the stage for successful implementations you\'ll assist customers with initial product evaluations and testing. Connecting the dots between the technical requirements of a project and the requirements is elemental to the success of this position.
  • Other responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer questions with technical explanations of product features and capabilities.
  • Be a technical coach to your colleagues in sales, professional services, product management and engineering.
  • Prepare and deliver differentiated solution presentations or technical proposals.
  • Deliver differentiated solution demonstrations to clients and prospective customers.
  • Manage and conduct technical validation activities including Proof Of Concepts.

Also, you have the following attributes:
  • Understand and translate clients\' challenges and concerns.
  • Communicate a compelling and inspired vision, articulating what is possible beyond today - future possibilities.
  • Ability presenting to all customer levels, from CTOs/CIOs, to engineering managers and programmers.
Role Essentials
  • At least five years of experience in a pre-sales consulting role, in Enterprise software solutions (Data Integration, Data Quality, MDM, B2B, Ipaas, ESB, Databases).
  • Experience preparing proposals and responses to ITTs.
  • Experience conducting Proof Of Concept activities on customer premises.
  • Excellent presentation abilities and composure in front of all levels of technical and business customers or prospects.
  • Work as part of a virtual team in delivering a proposal.
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience
