Tell me more!We are looking for a Principal Technical Consultant who is excited to work alongside a talented group of innovators to create digital products. Being a part of the conversation from the start, you will be expected to lead full lifecycle web-based projects including guiding technical scoping, design and implementation.Who are you?You take a consultative approach to communication, and are able to communicate technical concepts to a wide variety of people of varying technical ability and knowledge. You may have experience working at one of the big 4 consultancy companies.You will have 5+ years of industry experience and enjoy leading teams to successful outcomes on a diverse range of projects.You are an entrepreneur. You like to create things, build teams and can find ways around obstaclesYou are comfortable working with people from all levels of a client business including the C-Suite. You are as comfortable in the pre-sales domain, as you are in project delivery.You are passionate about the quality of your work and feel proud of what you deliver to customers.You are a doer, not a talker. You want to be measured by your results and are not afraid to set the bar highYou are happy doing challenging fun cutting edge work, but also know that the sometimes boring, low-level stuff is important too. You can roll your sleeves up and take the rough with the smoothYou have ideas and you push to ensure your ideas make a positive difference to where you workYou are curious about how technology can change the way we live and work. This curiosity leads you to take the initiative in terms of your own development and training. You like autonomy. Once you know what to do, you don't need to be nannied but can be left alone to do an amazing job and be judged by your results.You have a creative streak. Bonus points if you play a musical instrument or can do magic tricks! You have a sense of humour that allows you to see the lighter side of life and you don't take yourself too seriously.Dubai will be your main location, but the ability to travel to our other offices will be advantageous.
