Responsibilities

Represent and promote prime residential and commercial properties to local and international clients Provide strategic advice on property selection, market positioning, and investment potential Conduct private viewings and consultations, ensuring a personalized and confidential experience Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, developers, and institutional investors Negotiate and close high-value transactions while ensuring legal and financial compliance Stay informed about market trends, new launches, and regulatory updates in Abu Dhabi and the UAE Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns and premium property presentations
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in prime or luxury real estate sales Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and high-end developments Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven track record of closing premium property deals Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage Professional appearance and commitment to client confidentiality Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred RERA or equivalent certification is preferred
