Key Responsibilities
Handle
Secondary Market Sales and Leasing
of commercial and residential properties within
Business Bay
.
Source new listings and maintain an active database of available properties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, buyers, tenants, and investors.
Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and manage deal closures.
Advise clients on current market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
Ensure all documentation and RERA requirements are properly completed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings effectively across platforms.
Requirements
Minimum
1-2 years of real estate experience
in Dubai (Business Bay experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of the
secondary market
and
RERA regulations
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
RERA certification
(preferred, or willingness to obtain).
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
