Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Luxury Property Consultant (Arabic Speaker)

to join our elite sales team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, possess a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market, and be capable of building strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent PSI in the luxury real estate sector with professionalism and expertise. Advise clients on luxury residential and commercial properties in prime locations. Conduct high-end property viewings and provide detailed presentations. Build and maintain a portfolio of affluent clients and property investors. Stay up-to-date with market trends, premium developments, and investment opportunities. Negotiate offers and close high-value transactions. Collaborate with marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions. Attend networking events and exhibitions to generate business leads. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure exceptional post-sale service.

Requirements:

Proven experience in luxury real estate or high-value sales. Fluency in

Arabic and English

(both verbal and written) is mandatory. Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. UAE driving license and own car (preferred). Excellent presentation and communication abilities. Knowledge of Abu Dhabi or Dubai luxury property markets is an advantage. Proficiency in CRM tools and real estate platforms (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut).
