Role Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Prime Property Consultant to join our elite team. This role is ideal for professionals with a deep understanding of the prime real estate market, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in high-value property transactions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients seeking premium investments and lifestyle properties.
Key Responsibilities
Represent prime residential and commercial properties to local and international clients
Conduct private viewings and deliver tailored property consultations
Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, developers, and investors
Stay informed on market trends, prime developments, and investment opportunities
Negotiate and close high-value deals with professionalism and discretion
Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution
Use CRM systems to manage leads, interactions, and transaction records
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in prime or luxury real estate sales
Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE property market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an asset
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
