Responsibilities
Prepare competitive freight quotations and negotiate rates with carriers, agents, and shipping lines.
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer needs to adjust pricing models accordingly.
Support the customer service team in handling inquiries, bookings, and escalations.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure pricing aligns with service offerings and cost structures.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of service satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal pricing policies.
Requirements
Minimum 1 years of experience in UAE freight forwarding industry
Strong knowledge of international logistics (air, sea, land), incoterms, and shipping documentation.
Proven negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
