We are looking for a
Pricing cum Customer Service Executive
to join our dynamic freight forwarding team based in Dubai.Please note:
Only candidates with a minimum of 2+ years of UAE experience in a similar role within a logistics and freight forwarding company will be considered.
Applications that do not meet this requirement will be automatically rejected.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle pricing inquiries and coordinate with
shipping lines and airlines
for air and sea freight rates. Prepare and send accurate quotations to clients in a timely manner. Maintain strong relationships with carriers, agents, and customers. Manage customer inquiries professionally via email and phone. Support the operations and sales team with pricing and customer service needs. Ensure all documentation and correspondence are handled efficiently.Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of UAE experience
in pricing/customer service within afreight forwarding company
(mandatory). Excellentcommunication skills
inEnglish and Hindi
(spoken and written). Strongemail drafting and typing skills
with high accuracy and speed. Good knowledge offreight forwarding operations
, shipping lines, and airlines. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.What We Offer:
