Job Title: Pricing Specialist

Role Description:

We are seeking a

Pricing Specialist

to join our team and contribute to the development and management of competitive pricing strategies. In this role, you will analyze market trends, collaborate with operations and sales teams, and help ensure clients receive value-driven freight solutions. Your insights will directly impact our operational efficiency and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage competitive freight quotations across all service lines. Analyze market trends, costs, and competitor pricing strategies. Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure pricing accuracy and feasibility. Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and partners. Regularly review and optimize pricing strategies to align with company goals and market shifts.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in pricing within the logistics or freight forwarding industry. Strong understanding of transportation modes and freight operations (air, sea, land). Exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to detail. Effective negotiation skills and ability to influence decisions. Proficiency in pricing tools, MS Excel, and logistics-related software. Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Must be based in the UAE

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary

: AED 3,000 - AED 3,500 per month

plus commission

(based on experience and expertise).
