Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree
- With 10+ years overall experience and minimum 5 years of experience in Design and execution of Lump Sum Turn Key EPC projects in oil and gas facilities
- Knowledge of international applicable codes and standards for Pressure Equipment (Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers), including the capability to perform their mechanical drawings (thickness, construction details)..
- Good knowledge of Static Equipment (Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers)
- Fluency in professional English
- Technical responsibility of Static Equipment (Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers) requisitions (from technical specifications to on site delivery).
- Directly supervises (operationally): Static Equipment engineers assigned to the project.
- Key interactions (internally, externally): Clients (technical specialists, procurement team), Vendors, Procurement, Planning, others engineering disciplines.
- Ensures timely and qualitative preparation of technical specifications and requisitionsof Static Equipment (Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers) in coordination with other disciplines.
- Ensures contractual technical specifications are met by the suppliers.
- Ensures proper communication with vendors and technical follow up of the orders.
- Adheres to the committed man/hours and budget.
- Ensures timely reporting on engineering / requisitioning activities to the Engineering Manager.
- Meets quality and HSE objectives of the project.
- Interfaces with other discipline specialist engineers and possibly project support functions such as procurement and planning.
- Provides guidance and mentoring to more junior engineering employees.
