Our client, an international company headquartered in France with global presence spearheading the segment of food preparation equipment's distribution division, plans to hire an Area Sales Managerto shoulder the responsibility for the sales activity in KSA and Bahrain.
This is a hybrid role can work from home with frequent travel to Riyadh and Bahrain
Potential candidates must possess experience in KSA and Bahrain markets
Responsibilities :
Promote and develop, train and support the existingdistribution networkin the territory: distributors, kitchen contractors, kitchen architects, hands on dealing experience into Kitchen Preparation equipment
Training of the Distributors sales team
Business & projects follow up
Field support
Open doors
End Users promotion, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, caterers, central kitchens, bakery & pastry shops
Product solutions recommendation
Machine demonstration
After sales commissioning, training & service.
Promoting company's brand & product solutions through the F&B operators of the industry (Chain HQ, Hotels, Catering groups)
Networking with, Consultants, Culinary schools, Chefs Associations
Participate to the local exhibitions.
All these missions will be led in collaboration with the Management
Education :
Hospitality Management School, Culinary School, ideally completed with a Business oriented education.
Business Administration, sales with a taste for gastronomy and the word of cooking
Requirements :
Distribution management knowledge, ideally in the kitchen manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of the Food Service industry (food manufacturer, food distributor, equipment specialist, chef) ideally, with a proven successful experience to develop a distribution network.
Salesperson with a first sales experience and with a 'roll up the sleeves' attitude.
High drive and energy, combined with charismatic personality able to motivate and enthuse.
Autonomy, Ability to organize work, ability to Listen and be curious.
Driving license & a car.
Fluent English & Arabic Speaker
