We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in selling HORECA equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, coffee machines, and related products. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by targeting HORECA establishments and providing them with expert guidance on equipment selection, demonstrating their benefits, and securing successful sales transactions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent sales skills, a deep understanding of the HORECA industry, and a proven track record in selling equipment.

Responsibilities: * Identify and prospect potential HORECA clients, focusing on hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering companies that require equipment such as ovens, refrigerators, coffee machines, and other related products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing HORECA clients, understanding their equipment needs and providing personalized solutions to enhance their operations.
  • Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations, showcasing the features, functionality, and benefits of the equipment to potential clients.
  • Offer expert advice and recommendations on the appropriate equipment to meet clients\' specific requirements, considering factors such as capacity, energy efficiency, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, including detailed specifications, pricing, and terms, ensuring they align with clients\' needs and budget constraints.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of sale, aiming to secure mutually beneficial agreements and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and operations, to ensure smooth equipment delivery, installation, and after-sales service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings in the HORECA equipment market to provide informed recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Utilize CRM software and sales tools to track leads, manage customer accounts, and generate accurate sales reports.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to clients.
Requirements: * Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 3-8 years of experience in selling HORECA equipment, specifically ovens, refrigerators, coffee machines, and related products.
  • Strong understanding of the HORECA industry, including its dynamics, challenges, and equipment requirements.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to successfully close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of HORECA equipment, including various brands, models, specifications, and applications.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and deliver effective presentations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, enabling the identification of customer pain points and the provision of suitable equipment solutions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate accurate reports.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients, attend industry events, and stay updated on market trends.
  • A valid driver\'s license and a reliable mode of transportation.
