The Role
Responsibilities: QUOTATIONS \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing quotations as instructed by the sales engineers Preparing reports for the management based on quotes Maintains filing all quotations and related documents \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintains database of all quotations in the system \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting the sales engineers, providing all the details for the items quoted \xe2\x80\xa2 Dealing with the customers if sales engineers are not available \xe2\x80\xa2 Dealing with telephonic enquiries. TECHNICAL SUBMITTALS \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing Technical submittals as per the project/ client requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Selection of valves as per the details provided by the clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Arranging the sample boards to the clients as per submittals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Replying to the consultant comments after checking with the manager. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintains the database and the status of all the submittals in the system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing reports for the management based on submittals.

Requirements
Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 2-3 years of experience in the similar field \xe2\x80\xa2 With Mechanical/technical know-how on piping and plumbing products. \xe2\x80\xa2 Adept knowledge in MS Office Applications \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to communicate with all levels of employees \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
