Pre Sales Engineer

Job Description
Telephony Communication has immediate needs for an experienced Pre-Sales engineer to support their growing Collaboration services and solutions business. This role is centered on the high-growth within Cisco's unified communications and Alcatel Enterprise system. The Pre-Sale Engineer will be responsible for providing pre-sales support and assisting the Sales team in selling the Unified Communications solutions to enterprise customers. Job Knowledge/Skills:
- Pre-sales technical experience
- Cisco voice certification
- ACSE OXE certification
- CCIE Collaboration certification is a plus
- Implementation and troubleshooting experience is a plus
- Thorough knowledge of full cycle customer engagement
- Creating and white boarding and presenting customer presentations.
- Presents well to all levels of executive management Education and Experience:
- Preferred 5+ years applicable technical pre-sales experience
- Technical Pre Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
- ACSE OXE (Preferred)
- Cisco Voice (Preferred)
- CCIE Collaboration (Preferred)
