We are hiring APC Product Specialist / Pre Sales Engineer for Dubai based company. Role Summary (APC Product Specialist/Pre-Sales Engineer)

• The primary responsibility of the Pre-Sales Engineer is to provide Pre-Sales Technical Solutions to support to the business.
• Proactively engage the customers primarily for all Pre-sales technical matters.
• Support Sales/Account Managers by providing pre-sales support to help meet the requirements of customers and work with Solutions Partners/Vendors to design and deliver end-to-end solutions

Job Functions

• Provide high-quality pre-sales technical consultation and develop cost-effective, resilient, innovative, and reliable solutions based on the most appropriate and latest technologies to win proposals and/or tenders and achieve high customer satisfaction for the services rendered.
• Possesses specialized product knowledge in APC By Schneider Electric product line
• Responsible for administrating, consulting and/or negotiating product/service contracts with external customers.
• Structure proposals/contracts/bid documents. Work with Partners to deliver end-to-end solutions for enterprise customers
• Understand customer needs; define technical part of customer project opportunity, or on a complete project opportunity when in a single technical application domain.
• Manage technical requirements and get firm proposals from selected suppliers. In his/her area of responsibility, deliver technical offer proposal documents and provide the necessary reporting to the tender stakeholders.
• Analyze RFQs (Request for Quotation) and prepare costing as per standard process and tools.
• Prepare offer documentation consistent with validated data provided by commercial support sales & opportunity team (in bFO).
• Perform simple risk analysis. Offers can be either stand-alone local tender (Cat. C) or internal sub-contractor of solution/more complex tender.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• From 3 to 5 years relevant experience
• BE Degree
