Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Engineer with a strong background in the interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in the UAE and will be responsible for managing the entire pricing and costing process of interior fit-out projects. The candidate must have the ability to independently handle pre-sales activities, create competitive proposals, and coordinate with internal teams for successful project bids.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing proposals for interior fit-out projects.

Study project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to understand scope and requirements.

Liaise with the design, procurement, and project teams to gather accurate cost data and technical input.

Identify value engineering opportunities and suggest cost-effective solutions.

Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and clarification sessions as required.

Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.

Ensure all proposals are submitted on time and in line with company standards and client expectations.

Work closely with the sales and project management teams to support the overall business development process.

Stay updated with market prices, supplier rates, and industry standards in the UAE interior fit-out sector.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in the UAE interior fit-out industry in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, execution methods, and pricing techniques.

Excellent command of AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel in particular), and estimation software.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

UAE driving license is a plus.
