Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated

AV Engineer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, installing, and maintaining

audio-visual systems

across a variety of environments including corporate, hospitality, education, and government facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with the sales team to provide technical presales support and solution design. Conduct site surveys, needs analysis, and system design for AV solutions (Video Conferencing, Control Systems, LED/LCD Displays, Audio Systems, Collaboration Tools, etc.). Prepare detailed technical proposals, drawings, and BOQs. Present solutions and demonstrations to clients, ensuring technical feasibility and compliance with requirements. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure best-fit technologies and pricing. Support project handover to implementation teams with complete technical documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, or related field. 3+ years of experience in

Audio Visual systems design, presales, or consultancy

. Strong knowledge of AV technologies: Crestron, Extron, AMX, Poly, Cisco, Biamp, Shure, etc. Ability to create AV system schematics, signal flow diagrams, and technical documentation. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Industry certifications (CTS, Crestron, Extron, etc.) are a plus.
