operation, implementation, and optimization
of Control Room and Audio Visual (AV) solutions. The successful candidate will manage AV/Control Room systems, oversee project implementations, and provide expert support for upgrades, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, design, implement, operate, and optimize Control Room & Audio Visual solutions.
Provide
1st and 2nd line management
for AV systems in daily operations and new deployments.
Oversee AV-related projects and coordinate with system integrators for smooth implementation.
Support complex upgrades and migration activities.
Perform
root cause analysis
and resolve complex technical issues.
Work closely with stakeholders to align AV solutions with business objectives.
Coordinate with manufacturers for escalated issues and troubleshooting.
Mentor and support junior engineers with training and real-time issue escalation.
Ensure high availability of AV systems for mission-critical control room operations.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Technology (Engineering or related).
8-10 years' experience
in a similar role.
Must be
Barco, Biamp, and CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certified
.
Proven experience across the
entire project lifecycle
as a Project Engineer.
Hands-on experience with:
Barco Video Walls & CMS software
Biamp network-based audio solutions
Crestron Room Automation Solutions
Cisco Video Conferencing Solutions
Windows Servers (2012, 2016) administration
Smart PDU solutions & Data Centre architecture basics
Zetron Solutions
Desirable:
Project Management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).
Avixa CTS-I or CTS-D certification.
CCNA Routing & Switching.
Knowledge of CCTV solutions.

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong leadership, teamwork, and project management abilities.
