. The ideal candidate will support our sales and project teams by designing AV solutions, preparing technical drawings, and assisting in creating detailed proposals tailored to client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose suitable AV solutions
Prepare
AutoCAD drawings
, layouts, schematics, and block diagrams for AV projects
Design and specify systems including:
Sound systems
(BGM, large-scale PA, distributed audio)
Projection systems
(single and multiple setups)
Public Address (PA) systems
, conference systems
Display technologies
(LED, video walls, interactive displays)
Assist in the preparation of
technical BOQs
, tender documents, and proposal submissions
Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers for product selection and pricing
Conduct site surveys and support solution design with on-ground insights
Ensure designs meet technical standards, client expectations, and project feasibility
Requirements:
Proven experience in
AV systems design
and presales support
Strong proficiency in
AutoCAD
(mandatory)
Familiarity with AV standards and integration best practices
Good understanding of AV signal flow, cabling, and control systems
Ability to interpret architectural drawings and incorporate AV infrastructure
Strong communication and documentation skills
