Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated

AV Engineer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, installing, and maintaining

audio-visual systems

across a variety of environments including corporate, hospitality, education, and government facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design AV solutions based on client requirements and project scope. Install and commission AV systems (cabling, mounting, configuring devices). Program and configure control systems and DSPs. Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of AV systems. Interface with clients, project managers, and IT/networking teams. Prepare documentation: schematics, wiring diagrams, as-built drawings, test reports. Stay current on AV technologies and best practices.

Required Technical Skills

AV system design

(schematics, signal flow) Proficiency with

AutoCAD

or

Visio

for system layouts Familiarity with

Crestron/AMX/Extron

control systems Experience with

DSP programming

(e.g., Biamp, QSC, BSS) Understanding of

AV-over-IP

, HDMI, HDBaseT, Dante, etc. Basic

networking knowledge

(switching, VLANs, IP addressing) Hands-on experience with

video conferencing systems

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or related field 3+ years of experience in AV integration or support Industry certifications are a plus:

CTS / CTS-I / CTS-D (AVIXA)

Crestron Programmer Certification

Extron Control Specialist

QSC, Biamp, Dante Level 1/2/3

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
