Oversees preparation of materials for prequalification and proposals ensuring that client requirements are fully met. This involves reviewing the prequalification templates, final proof reading and ensuring quality of the sample boards before submittal.
Works closely with the Consultant & Specification team in selection of appropriate product catalogue to be included in the submittal and ensuring overall acceptability of the submittal.
Preparing submittals / Pre-Qualification for Projects and agencies.
Preparing Compliance statements to project specification
Justification of comments made by consultants.
Arranging materials for product samples and maintain stock.
Visiting contractors / consultants for technical clarification.
Technical support and back up for senior consultant engineers.
Assisting Account managers / sales executives for specification queries.

Graduate with a minimum 5 years' experience in related industry with knowledge of product technical and specification details.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in client-facing discussions.
Experience presenting to consultants, contractors, or external partners.
