Cisco Pre-sales Engineer Experience: 6-9 Years in Middle East Fluent in Arabic Pre-Sales Engineer: Expertise Presales consultant in Networking (Switching, Routing, Wireless, Voice and Servers) and Security Domain, able to handle a techno-commercial profile and provide support to the Clients design & maintaining maximum uptime of their Network. : . Provide presales technical support of the sales process across the Products and Solutions. . Cooperates with the sales teams in assessing potential application of the products to meet customer's business needs. . Builds complex, multi-product proof of concept solutions for customer evaluations as part of a sales engagement process. . Leverages product knowledge to provide technical expertise to internal sales teams, partners and end users . Develops customer requirements that map solutions, assists with overcoming technical and competitive objections, and accelerates technical evaluation component of sales cycle to close deals. . Capable to deliver solutions for several Security products based on Market trends (Firewall, SOAR, SEIM, IPS, NAC, etc.) in multi-vendors like Cisco, PaloAlto, Fortinet. . Leverages the consultative sales process to prospective users to determine product capability assessment and validation as it applies to the technical sales process. . Engage in presentations and demos so that you can 'show up and throw up'. You will build and maintain trusted advisor relationships for the long haul. . Advise and deliver appropriate partner training & enablement sessions for Partners . Maintain skills and certifications relevant to the brand and the professional development

Required Skills: Self-driven, time management, multi-tasking, effective communication, Should have worked on various Cisco products. Good Communication skills Knowledge and experience in: Proficient in MS VISIO for documentation, Good verbal and written communications. Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively and professionally with customers Certifications: CCNP ENCOR, CCDP, PCNSE, Other Design certifications
