Media Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with PR agencies, journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure and grow media coverage. This includes reviewing press releases, pitching stories to the media, responding to media inquiries, and drafting PR/influencers activation drafting proposals.
PR Event Planning: Organize and manage the PR aspects of our events such as press conferences, product launches, and public appearances, media interviews, etc. This includes coordinating with vendors, suppliers, managing guest lists, and ensuring media coverage.
Influencers\xe2\x80\x99 management: Plan and manage influencers activations across our brands, this includes sourcing and proposing profiles that align with the brand\xe2\x80\x99s positioning and key message.
Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze media coverage to assess the effectiveness of PR campaigns. Prepare reports on media coverage, public perception, and campaign performance. This involves understanding their perspectives and concerns and communicating their initiatives and achievements.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to align PR strategies with marketing, branding, and business objectives. This includes identifying key messages, target audiences, and tactics to effectively communicate with them.
Professional Development: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in PR and communications.
Speaking languages: Arabic & English
Writing skills: Not a must but added value.
Experience: previous experience as PR specialist or PR media relations in a PR agency preferably in Dubai.
