Bee Car Care is an on-demand car wash service company based in Abu Dhabi, our focus is to provide our Client's a smooth and excellent service experience through technology. Job Summary: The selected candidate will be responsible for working with the General Manager to develop and implement marketing and public relations communications for the company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Develops and implements strategies, realistic budgets, and effective programs. Consults with departments to determine public relations and marketing needs. Works collaboratively with shareholders to develop programs and strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives. Gains efficiencies through content sharing and repurposing of materials for multi-market use.

Tailors oral and written communications according to the audience. Communicates clearly to express thoughts and ideas.

Setting measurable goals and metrics for publications and media coverage. Uses online platforms to track effectiveness and measure success, creating reports to share with leadership. Responds to indicators, as necessary, adjusting tactics to improve metrics.

Prepares and distributes local media releases. Assists with media requests. Provides after-hours media coverage as needed.

Manage social media plan through writing and photography for planned posts.

Assists with video/photography production through scheduling, coordination, content review, and approvals.

Helps produce and distribute employee/internal communications and signage.

Assists with fliers, newsletters, and other publications.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures Required:
Requires a bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field with a minimum of two years experience.
Skills and Abilities Required:
Excellent written, oral, and electronic communication skills, in addition to strengths in editing and proofreading.
Must have the ability to manage priorities and time effectively.
Must be flexible and able to work independently, along with recognizing problems early and taking necessary steps to achieve goals.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent computer and technology skills. Experience with InDesign and/or Canva preferred.
