Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Google PPC Specialist to join our team and take full ownership of managing and optimizing large-scale paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of Google Ads platforms, bidding strategies, and campaign structures, with a proven track record of delivering measurable ROI through paid search.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize a high volume of Google PPC campaigns across multiple accounts and industries. Ensure strict compliance with Google Ads policies and guidelines to maintain account health and avoid penalties. Perform comprehensive keyword research, including keyword cleaning, negative keyword management, and the removal of irrelevant search phrases. Stay updated with the latest Google Ads strategies, features, and best practices, and adopt them quickly to maintain competitive advantage. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns and ads to achieve the best possible performance, ensuring higher CTR, conversion rates, and ROI. Analyze data, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights for ongoing campaign improvements. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative ad copy, landing page suggestions, and audience targeting strategies. Manage campaigns in both English and Arabic, requiring strong proficiency in Arabic to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance.

Requirements:

Strong expertise in Google PPC campaign management with hands-on experience in high-budget, large-scale accounts. Solid understanding of Google Ads policies and ability to keep campaigns compliant. Proven ability in keyword optimization, negative keyword strategy, and data-driven decision-making. Strong understanding of how to optimize ads, campaigns, and landing pages for maximum performance and measurable results. Ability to adopt and implement the latest Google Ads strategies quickly. Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools. Professional fluency in Arabic and English. Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
