Job Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO):

Develop and execute tailored SEO strategies that enhance website visibility, drive organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings. Perform comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. Optimise on-page elements such as meta tags, headings, and internal links to maximise search engine exposure and improve user experience. Write SEO-optimised blogs, landing pages, and website content. Monitor website health, identify technical SEO issues (indexing, crawlability, speed), and work with developers to resolve them. Manage and implement link-building strategies to strengthen domain authority. Stay current with algorithm updates and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. Provide clear, actionable SEO performance reports for clients.

Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC):

Plan, launch, and manage high-performing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms. Conduct audience research, keyword targeting, and competitor analysis to refine ad strategy. Optimise ad copy, creative variations, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and reduce CPA. Monitor daily performance, budgets, and bid strategies to ensure strong ROAS. Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform-specific dashboards to track and report performance. Work closely with the design and content teams to develop engaging ads and conversion-focused pages.
Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years

of SEO and/or PPC experience in a digital agency environment in the UAE. Proven success in running both organic and paid campaigns that have delivered measurable growth. Strong working knowledge of SEO best practices, including technical audits, on-page optimisation, and content strategy. Experience with paid media platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads. Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. Confident communicator with the ability to present insights and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders. A data-driven, analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.
