Review Contract documents, including bills of quantities and specifications . Prepare post-tender reports highlighting cost-saving opportunities and risk areas.
Review and analyze tender submissions, including assessment of deviations resulting from specification changes, design variations, and other relevant considerations
Manage variations and claims.
Prepare interim valuations and final accounts.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies
Monitor project costs and prepare regular cost reports.
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings.
Develop accurate cost estimates and budgets for fit-out and joinery projects.
Manage the procurement process for materials and subcontract packages.
Collaborate with procurement teams to validate quotations and supplier costs.
Any other tasks as per the company & job requirement.
Qualifications
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the fit-out and joinery industry.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, PlanSwift, estimation tools, and MS Office is mandatory
Proven track record of successful project delivery.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement methods.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
