Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for fit-out, joinery, and contracting projects.
Conduct site visits to verify measurements, quantities, and variations.
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and budget.
Prepare and review contracts, variations, and claims.
Monitor project costs, cash flows, and budget control throughout the project lifecycle.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers for commercial and contractual matters.
Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to management.
Ensure compliance with local laws, contractual obligations, and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in QS within fit-out, joinery, or contracting industry.
Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and fit-out works.
Proficient in cost control, BOQ preparation, and contract administration.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QS software.
