Prospect, qualify, and convert buyer leads into viewings and agreements Conduct
comparative market analyses
to accurately value properties Manage client portfolios and maximize investor returns Prepare and manage contracts (loyalty, purchase, rental, etc.) Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to close successful transactions Maintain strong knowledge of communities, market trends, and mortgage options Collaborate with developers, brokers, and legal partners to ensure smooth dealsWhat We Offer

Requirements
Minimum
2 years of real estate sales
experience (Required) Portfolio Management / Investment Advisory experience (Preferred) Strong understanding ofDubai real estate market
