About the Role

Desert Sun Properties L.L.C is a rapidly expanding real estate brokerage firm based in Dubai, specializing in off-plan developments from the city's leading developers.

As we continue to grow and strengthen our presence in the market, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Dubai's off-plan property sector, strong client connections, and the confidence to negotiate and close deals effectively.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a company that is moving upward and expanding its footprint in Dubai's competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee a portfolio of off-plan and ready properties.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, investors, and clients.

Identify new off-plan project opportunities and investment prospects.

Coordinate sales and marketing activities to achieve portfolio growth.

Conduct market research to stay updated on Dubai's real estate trends and project launches.

Present property options, investment benefits, and ROI projections to clients.

Prepare sales and performance reports for management.

Ensure compliance with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations.

Confidently negotiate and close deals while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 1-5 years of experience in Dubai's real estate industry (off-plan experience required).

In-depth knowledge of Dubai's developers, projects, and property laws.

Strong client relationship and networking skills.

Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
