We are seeking a

Portal Specialist

to manage and optimize property listings across leading real estate portals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling online property platforms to ensure maximum visibility and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Upload, manage, and update property listings on portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.). Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and compliant with portal guidelines. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for listing details, photos, and pricing. Optimize listings (titles, descriptions, photos) to improve performance and exposure. Monitor leads, listing performance, and portal insights. Remove sold/rented properties and maintain real-time availability. Manage portal subscriptions, agent access, and quality scores.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as a Portal Specialist or similar role (Real Estate experience preferred). Strong knowledge of UAE property portals. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to handle high-volume listings efficiently. Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage. Strong communication and coordination skills.
