What You'll Do
Work with technical and functional teams on updates to monitoring systems
Conduct reviews and scenario testing to validate system changes
Maintain records of changes and ensure traceability for system updates
Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor performance and highlight trends
Support planning and execution of user testing activities for system enhancements
Review data mapping and assess transaction patterns to improve system efficiency
Assist in tuning thresholds and refining segmentation using analytical techniques
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data, Finance, or related field
6-8 years of experience in compliance technology, risk analytics, or related areas
Technical expertise with Python, R, SQL, SAS, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Knowledge of data governance, data warehousing principles, and mapping practices
Hands-on background in configuring monitoring platforms and reporting tools preferred
Strong skills in data analysis, statistical modeling, and process optimization
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
