Position Overview
Dicetek LLC is hiring a Compliance Risk Specialist - Abu Dhabi, UAE to coordinate risk assessments, support training initiatives, and oversee remediation tracking. The role involves building compliance dashboards, validating action plans, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements while partnering with internal teams and senior management.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate execution of compliance risk assessments across business lines
• Track and report remediation and mitigation actions for ongoing initiatives
• Develop and maintain compliance MIS and key risk indicator (KRI) dashboards for management and board reporting
• Roll out and monitor completion of compliance training modules across the organization
• Maintain centralized PMO tracker to monitor progress of risk remediation
• Validate remediation actions for findings raised in assessments and audits
• Support regulatory submissions and ensure timely, accurate reporting

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk, or related field
• 6-8 years of professional experience in compliance, risk management, or governance
• Prior exposure to handling reporting or submissions for regulatory authorities is highly preferred
• Experience building MIS reports, KRIs, and compliance dashboards desirable
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
