Policy Analyst
Experience Required:
Minimum of 8 years in policy analysis and development. Prior experience in the insurance sector is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Policy Analysis:
Conduct analytical studies on current policies and programs to assess their effectiveness and impact on the labor market.Policy Development:
Provide recommendations for developing or amending public policies to meet current and future needs.Data Analysis:
Analyze data related to economic, social, and political conditions and use these insights to deliver accurate reports.Reporting:
Prepare detailed reports on findings and policy recommendations.Legislation & Trends Monitoring:
Keep track of relevant legislative and political developments locally and globally, and advise on adaptation strategies.Presentations:
Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in internal meetings or public conferences.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in policy analysis or a similar field.

Strong analytical and research skills Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and simply * Proficiency in analysis tools and relevant software
