Overview:
IT-Business Analyst - Agile with insurance domain
Responsibilities:
Experienced Business Analyst with strong agile exposure, writing User Stories and Insurance domain.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Digital Transformation Projects:
Work on digital journeys and actively participate in UX/UI discussions with design teams.
Support initiatives involving digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and wealth management systems.
Project Methodology:
Manage projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication.
Domain Expertise:
Provide insights into wealth management and digital asset trends.
Understand and address compliance and regulatory requirements related to digital finance.
Problem Solving:
Identify risks and challenges, propose solutions, and ensure smooth project delivery.
Provide support and guidance to development teams during the implementation phase.
