Job Summary:
highly qualified Policy Analyst / Specialist Advisor with proven experience in labor market policy and labor-related insurance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in advising, researching, developing, and implementing labor policies and insurance strategies (not limited to medical insurance) to enhance workforce protection, regulatory compliance, and alignment with national labor market goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth research and policy analysis related to the labor insurance schemes. Advise on the design, implementation, and evaluation labor insurance frameworks. Develop policy recommendations and strategic plans to improve employment outcomes and workforce protection. Set benchmarks and key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of existing policies. * Identify and address gaps in current labor insurance coverage (libility insurance, medical insurance,...) through policy innovation.
