As a Policy Analyst focused on labor insurance and employment frameworks, you will research, design, and advise on labor-related policy reforms that align with national economic strategies. Your expertise in labor insurance-including liability and medical schemes-will help address policy gaps and promote sustainable employment protections.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and policy analysis on labor insurance schemes and labor market dynamics
• Advise on the development, implementation, and evaluation of employment-related insurance frameworks
• Create strategic policy recommendations to improve workforce security and employment outcomes
• Set KPIs and performance benchmarks for policy impact assessment
• Identify gaps in existing insurance schemes (liability, health, etc.) and propose innovative solutions
• Align policy initiatives with national labor laws and socioeconomic development plans
• Prepare briefing materials and reports for stakeholders and decision-makers
• Monitor global policy trends and assess relevance to the local context

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Policy, Labor Economics, Social Policy, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in labor policy advisory or labor insurance consulting
• Fluent in Arabic (mandatory); excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Deep understanding of labor laws, social insurance frameworks, and workforce planning
• Proven track record in policy evaluation, research, and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to present complex information clearly and develop actionable strategies
