Job Description
Job Duties:
1. Policy Analysis: Conduct analytical studies on current policies and programs to assess their effectiveness and impact on the labor market.
2. Policy Development: Provide recommendations on developing or amending public policies to meet current and future needs.
3. Data Analysis: Analyze data related to economic, social and political conditions, and use this data to provide accurate analyses.
4. Report Preparation: Prepare detailed reports on the results of analyses and recommendations related to the policies being analyzed.
5. Legislation and Trends Monitoring: Monitor relevant legislative and policy developments in the country or globally, and provide advice on adapting to changes.
6. Presentation Preparation: Present research findings and recommendations to various stakeholders, whether in internal meetings or public conferences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in political science, economics, business administration or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in the field of policy analysis or a similar field.
Skills:
Strong analytical and research skills. Ability to present complex ideas clearly and simplified. * Proficient in using relevant analytical tools and software.
