What this job involves: You will be responsible for managing and delivering advisory assignments that pertains to setting up and managing project management offices for various clients across the region.

Manage and deliver advisory assignments \xe2\x80\x93 develop content, project plans, distribute work to team members and oversee day-to-day delivery. Assignments are expected to be dominantly within the project management domain. This would include but not limited to:

Establish project management methodologies, processes, and best practices to ensure consistent project execution and adherence to quality standards.

Oversee the client\xe2\x80\x99s project portfolio, including project selection, prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management.

Track project performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and enhance project outcomes.

Build strong and trusted relationships with your clients beyond the immediate advisory assignment.

Proactively manage the drafting of proposals and participate in proposal pitches with a focus on converting pipelines into secured wins.

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration or any other relevant field

8 - 10 years of experience in a similar role

Previous experience in setting up and managing project management office (PMO)

Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others and move toward a common goal

Impeccable communication skills

Proven track record in delivering projects on-time, on-budget within the scope that exceeds stakeholder expectations

Familiarity with common business software, project management tools and methodologies

Ability and willingness for frequent travel within the GCC and Middle East

Proficient in written and spoken Arabic and English.
