Engagement Director (Financial Services)
For one of key engagements with a Financial services client based in Abu Dhabi, we are looking for a strong Engagement lead/ Engagement director who will be responsible for leading this engagement end-to-end for us. The client is in the business of connecting innovators and financial networks to create opportunities for real-world value creation via decentralized finance. Experience: Min. 10 years Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Skill set needed:
- At-least 10 years of experience primarily in a client management / account management and delivery leadership roles
- Experience in managing teams that are working remotely from near-shore countries under similar time-zones
- Full Financial / P&L ownership of the engagements owned
- Excellent communication and inter personal skills
- Experience in setting up PMO/Operational Governance in start-ups and medium sized enterprises
- Ability to navigate within client’s organization and look for opportunities for account growth
- Significant experience and connects in the region and particularly in Abu Dhabi for new business development
- Prior experience in having led Technology engagements will be huge plus.
- Prior experience in Financial services and Blockchain will be very helpful
