As the PMO Analyst within the ERP transformation program, you will play a critical role in execution and monitoring of the project. You will leverage your prior experience to make sure that all project documentation is completed to a high standard and track the progress of initiatives to ensure the effectiveness of the project management processes.

• Support the PMO Manager to develop project plans that incorporate the views and suggestions of the wider team; including the project managers, developers, QA team and analysts
• Own the entire administrative responsibilities of the PMO
• Contribute to the planning and execution of program meetings, workshops and engagement events during the life cycle of the project
• Assist with the production of progress reports and presentations, supporting their delivery to key stakeholders in the steering committee
• Follow the agreed risk and issue management approach as set by the PMO Manager to collate and monitor project risk, escalating where necessary

• Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, IT, Computer Science or Engineering. A PMP qualification is highly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience working in a PMO with a focus on complex IT projects, ideally including SAP ERP transformation and integration across retail or finance sectors
• Significant exposure to developing project charters, setting up project frameworks and governance structures utilising best practice project management methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid)
• Excellent communication skills that enable you to influence key stakeholders and get the job done
• A real team player, possessing exceptional organisational skills who approaches tasks in a logical and analytical manner
