UBDS is looking for a PMO Analyst to join our team to support major programmes and digital transformations.
You will have acquired PMO experience within a professional services or consulting environment and will ideally have some experience in networking, cloud computing and/or cyber-security area, together with stakeholder management experience throughout your career. The majority of our engagements are outcomes based therefore it is critical that you have experience of supporting complex programmes to fixed timescales and budget - both supply-side and client-side. Responsibilities

• Responsible for project administration and documentation, act as the advocate for best practices across the PMO.
• Understand the project roadmap and pipeline requirements to report on and validate the project and programme roadmap (progress, resource, budget, risks & issues) providing a central view to the business.
• Monitoring and supporting UBDS and client delivery, including but not limited to, benefits realisation, key milestones, financials, risks and issues, lessons learned, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure that all projects maintain an up to date resource plan and that this plan is accurately reflected in the relevant Finance, Resourcing and Project Management systems.
• Collect, consolidate and analyse program and project data to support effective decision making.
• Implement project standards across all projects in the portfolio, while monitoring compliance of projects and programmes and highlight reports.
• Ensuring the requisite high quality and standards are being delivered to our clients.
• Planning, tracking, reviewing and reporting on all projects for the programmes you are working on.
• Communicating across the programme according to the agreed Communications Plan.
• Ensuring adherence to the agreed governance and reporting arrangements.
• Applying appropriate programme and project management methodologies and tools.
• Risks, Assumptions, Issued and Dependencies Management.

About You

• Over 3 years’ experience in successfully performing a PMO role.
• A track record of successfully supporting large programmes as part of a PMO.
• A proactive personality, a very high degree of self-motivation and the ability to motivate and drive others.
• Experience of supporting complex cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or Google), networking, end-user computing (Microsoft 365) and/or security programmes would be advantageous but not essential
• Proven experience of de facto programme and project management methodologies and tools, including how and when to apply. Examples include SAFe, P3O, MoR, MSP and PRINCE2. Ideally, with qualifications and certifications in delivery management methodologies at Practitioner level.
• Good understanding and experience of project delivery and acceptance processes.
• Ability to lead status update calls and communicate upwards to ensure progress is tracked closely across projects.
• Excellent people skills, with an ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels of the business.
