Key Responsibilities:
Oversee installation, inspection, and testing of plumbing systems at construction sites.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Prepare and maintain site reports, checklists, and progress documentation.
Attend site meetings and provide technical support to the project team.
Conduct material take-offs and raise procurement requests.
Resolve any technical issues or site queries in a timely manner.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion as per the project schedule.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE.
In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, pumps, water supply, drainage, and fire fighting (advantage).
Proficiency in reading MEP drawings and understanding technical specifications.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
