Job Summary:

We are seeking a competent

Plumbing Site Engineer

with contracting experience in the UAE and

mandatory proven experience in handling Dubai Municipality (DM) and DEWA regulations

. The candidate will be responsible for supervising plumbing installation works on site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, UAE standards, and all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day plumbing installation activities on construction sites in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and UAE plumbing codes. Ensure all plumbing works comply strictly with Dubai Municipality (DM) and DEWA regulations and standards. Coordinate with DM and DEWA authorities for inspections, approvals, and timely issuance of permits related to plumbing works. Monitor plumbing subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship, safety, and adherence to schedules. Review and interpret plumbing drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications on-site. Identify and resolve technical issues during installation, proposing practical and compliant solutions. Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality and compliance of plumbing systems installation. Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and documentation related to plumbing activities. Liaise with multidisciplinary teams including consultants, contractors, and local authorities. Ensure implementation of health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of plumbing site engineering experience in contracting projects within the UAE.

Mandatory proven experience dealing with Dubai Municipality (DM) and DEWA plumbing regulations, inspections, and approvals.

Strong knowledge of UAE plumbing codes, construction practices, and local authority requirements. Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings and technical documents accurately. Proficient in site management and reporting tools. Strong communication and coordination skills with site teams and authorities. Commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
