We are seeking a

Planning Manager - Civil

to lead the planning and scheduling function across our civil construction projects. The role requires expertise in project scheduling, monitoring, and reporting, with a focus on ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of baseline programs, detailed schedules, and resource allocation plans for civil, power infra & steel projects. Monitor project progress, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track. Prepare periodic progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure alignment with project schedules. Conduct delay analysis, extension of time (EOT) claims, and forensic schedule analysis when required. Participate in client and consultant meetings to discuss planning and progress-related matters. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project milestones, and company standards. Mentor and guide planning team .

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 10-15 years of experience in project planning, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within civil construction (infrastructure, buildings, or industrial projects). Proficiency in

Primavera P6

and MS Project. Strong knowledge of planning principles, contractual terms, and claims management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. UAE/GCC experience and familiarity with local authority requirements preferred.
