Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project schedules using professional planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project).
Coordinate closely with site and project teams to ensure timely progress and resource optimization.
Prepare project progress reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Identify risks and delays, proposing effective mitigation strategies.
Support project management teams in achieving milestones within set budgets and timelines.
Requirements:
Minimum
10 years of experience
as a Planning Manager in
civil construction
.
Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and reporting tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
