Requirements:
10+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling
Strong background working on villa developments and high-rise tower projects* Previous experience with a contracting company
is a must
Expertise in project controls, scheduling software (Primavera P6), progress reporting, and coordination with site teams
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
Develop, update, and monitor project schedules
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure project milestones are met
Prepare progress reports, delay analysis, and recovery plans
Support management in strategic planning and decision-making
