Identify and mitigate risks and obstacles that may impact project success.
Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in planning and project management.
Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to senior management, summarizing project progress and outcomes.
