Urgent hiring : Planning Manager - Civil Infrastructure

15 + years of UAE Civil Infrastructure Experience

Job Purpose:

Overall responsibility of leading, developing and directing the planning function for the infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:-

Acts as Planning focal point for specific project scopes

- Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract.

- Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.

- Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project manager and operations manager.

- Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison

- Monitor day-to-day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report.

- Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from Project Manager.- Prepares monthly report reflecting work progress summary.

- Adherence to preparation of scope project management plan, WBS, schedule management plan, define activities, sequence of activities, estimate activity duration, develop schedule, risk management plan, resource management plan along with the project team.

- Identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities,

- Review and maintain baseline project plans and schedules using appropriate scheduling software.

*Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.

- 15 + years of UAE experience (Civil Infrastructure )

- Proven experience as a

Planning Manager in civil infrastructure projects.

- PMP Certification is a plus

- Proficient in project management tools and software

- MS & Prima.P6.

- Strong understanding of Cost Management, Change Control, Planning & Risk Analysis & Management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
