to manage the planning and scheduling of fit-out projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out works, excellent knowledge of project management tools, and a proactive approach to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop project schedules (using Primavera P6 / MS Project) and monitor project timelines.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Analyze project specifications and prepare project execution plans.
Monitor site progress and update baseline programs accordingly.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports to stakeholders.
Identify risks and delays in the schedule and propose mitigation measures.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for project updates.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements and internal procedures.
Support in preparation of claims, extensions of time (EOT), and variation orders.
Maintain project documentation and as-built schedules.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in planning roles specific to
interior fit-out
projects.

Strong understanding of fit-out materials, sequencing, and site coordination.
Good knowledge of project management frameworks and local construction standards.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Experience in hospitality, commercial, or retail fit-out projects preferred.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and design coordination is an advantage.
